We continuously improve, just view our parents reviews. Our teachers stay with us year after year, they are like second parents. Our children love school & learning and will come home talking about their day and what they have created.

Genuinely happy children that can start at 1 years old have accelerated English skills and great confidence in themselves. The Kindergarten has good indoor facilities that keep children active. Delighted parents receive a report every Friday on their child’s performance. Extra classes currently include Gymnastics, Robotics and Basketball.

Our children’s reading skills explode at aged 5. The secret is Jolly Phonics and teaching the phonetic letter sounds within words from 3 years. Lighthouse runs a Canadian curriculum and integrates EYFS from the UK. The result of lighthouse education is similar to Montessori and Waldorf education models.

For Progression
We provide very high standard education & care for early years from 1 years up through kindergarten to Grade 2 aged 7 years.
Children progress very fast in English in a fun creative environment forming friendships and bonds with our permanent teaching staff. Our children explode with reading expertise at around aged 4 after building phonetics skills. Students are involved in exciting science experiments and learning about space and the natural world. Geography, Thai Lessons and dedicated outdoor sports teaching give students a depth of activities. Teachers create each lesson and use text books and curriculum as a support and guide.

Lighthouse Chalong Kindergaten is very proud to have retained all of our teachers for many years, giving a stability to lessons and education. The children respect and love the teachers and work together in small classes in a fun accelerated learning environment.
Lighthouse management are very active and work on a continuous improvement model. Children receive reports every Friday so parents can track whats being learned in the classroom to link with home based activites. At the end of term we have one to one parent teacher days.
Progression to
Primary & High School
Lighthouse is a multi campus school with a Primary and a brand new High School in Rawai. A minibus will run between the schools. At our primary campus, we seamlessly blend advanced teaching methods with close-knit classroom environments, creating a nurturing atmosphere where students succeed and flourish.
At our secondary school the journey to excellence begins here with a team of dedicated educators, new cutting-edge laboratory, and student-centric classrooms set amidst tropical surroundings and stunning beaches just 10 minutes.
